For this reason, if you have changed your mind about your purchase, earphones or headphones must be completely unopened and unused to receive a refund.
If, however, the item is faulty then the standard Warranty policy applies.

We want to provide you with excellent customer service if you need to return your Alarmkok Product. Please follow this procedure as it will enable us to give you up to date information as soon as you call.
Before returning any items, please make sure you have R.A #. (Return Authorization Number). This is basically your tracking number.
Return Authorisation number’s (RA#’s) must be issued by Eye Design / Alarmkok Contact us via phone or e-mail.
To issue an RA#, we will need some information from you;
Your full name, your delivery address, your contact phone number, what Alarmkok including colour product you are returning and what is the fault?
All warranty claims must be accompanied with a PROOF OF PURCHASE from an authorized dealer.
All returns are best sent directly to Eye Design / Alarmkok. Please use the street address above for the most prompt service. Make sure you use a traceable method of return e.g. courier or Registered Post. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Please also ensure that your Alarmkok product is packaged well to avoid damage in transit
(A box is best). Eye Design / Alarmkok takes no responsibility for items damaged in transit.
Make sure you include your
name, return address and a phone number.
Eye Design / Alarmkok will assess your product, and then advise you of the outcome.
Eye Design / Alarmkok will do our best to turn around the return within 7 – 10 business days of receiving the return (depending on problem).
